Psalm 150; 1 Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. 2 Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. 3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, 4 praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe, 5 praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

Let us praise God for what He has done in our lives, what He is doing in our lives and what He will do in our lives.

Nehemiah 2:1b I had not been sad in his presence before, 2 so the king asked me, “Why does your face look so sad when you are not ill? This can be nothing but sadness of heart.”

Let us mourn with those that mourn in he Body of Christ as so many that are dealing with death of loved ones and terrible sicknesses.

Philippines 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Let us rejoice with those that rejoice, those who celebrate the transition of loved ones from this plane of existence into the eternal presence of our God. Let us rejoice at new births, of people, plans, ministries and families.

Acts 16:5 So the churches were strengthened in the faith and grew daily in numbers.

Let us pray for the Big ‘C’ church in our city. Let us pray for this week’s Love the Rock event, for safety and for effectiveness but mostly let us pray that God will use us and this Saturday to draw people into His kingdom.

Hebrews 13:14 For here we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the city that is to come.

Let us pray that our attitude, service and love one for another will reflect Him well. Let us strive to be a picture of what forever will look like as we come together this week.

Jeremiah 33:6 “‘Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.

Let us pray for those that have requested prayer for their health and their healing. Let us ask God to use them as they go into doctor’s offices and rehab and hospitals. Let us pray that they will be filled with God’s grace and love and that they will pour that out on all whom God would place in their paths as they seek medical help. Let us pray that God would use their illnesses and injuries evangelically to touch hearts and minds and to change lives.

John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Let us pray for our pastor as he ministers to those in the midst of their tragedies. Let us ask that God will fill him with life and truth as he speaks.

John 8: 31b Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Let us pray for freedom for our pastor as he holds to Christ’s teachings. Let us pray that we, and all believers, would cling to the teachings that we may also be free.

Mark 9:50 “Salt is good, but if it loses its saltiness, how can you make it salty again? Have salt among yourselves, and be at peace with each other.”

Let us pray for each other, for the fellowship of the body and for peace in all aspects of our lives.

Deuteronomy 12:7 There, in the presence of the Lord your God, you and your families shall eat and shall rejoice in everything you have put your hand to, because the Lord your God has blessed you.

Let us pray for our families, for healing, peace, wholeness and holiness.
