///Song- Christ Is Risen

Matthew 28:6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”

Let us thank God for conquering death in a manner that all could see that we could easily believe in His great power and victory.

///Song- Good, Good Father

James 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Let us thank God for the many blessings in our lives, for His good and perfect gifts.

///Song- How Great Thou Art

Ephesians 2: 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.

Let us praise God for His greatness, His mercy and His love.

Isaiah 53:4 Surely, he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.

Let us pray that God would take up the pain of those who hurt, physically, emotionally and spiritually and that God would bear the suffering of those who call upon His Name.

Jude 1: 24 To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— 25 to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.

Let us pray for God to protect our walk purify our lives. Let us pray that He will fill us with the true joy of the Holy Spirit.

Let us praise God, acknowledging His glory and majesty, His power and authority.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

Let us pray for those who have not yet come to repentance, that God will bring them to that place of decision making and that they will choose life eternal.

(Read Aloud) Matthew 5:1 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them. He said: 3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. 5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. 6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. 7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. 10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Let us pray to willingly allow the Holy Spirit to mold us into the followers of Jesus that He desired and describes. Teach us, Oh Lord, to die to self.

1 John 3:3 All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.

Let us pray to be washed clean and be the church that the Bridegroom desires.

Titus 3:1 Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good,

Let us pray for salvation and discernment for our government officials.

1 Corinthians 12:12 Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.

Let us pray for our church and our Sunday services.
