“Dear Church family, God is good all the time! This morning I met with my oncologist following last week's chemo treatment and PET scan. The scan confirmed a “COMPLETE METABOLIC RESPONSE” which means the disappearance of all signs of cancer in response to treatment. The Lord has completed his healing work in me! Glory to GOD the Healer”!
Let us praise God for the healing of this church member and the goodness and righteousness He displays on a daily basis.
Where has God shown up in your life? Let us give Him glory.

Let us pray for those who continue to battle illnesses, cancer, chronic pain issues and all types of physical distress.

Let us pray for the single moms who are so very stressed as they begin to prepare for the coming school year.

Let us pray for students as their summer break winds down.
James 2:14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? 15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
Let us pray for the 9 young adults working out in the heat in Rockport to help rebuild the homes and lives of the elderly and the disabled.
Hebrews 13:17 Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.
Let us pray for Pastor Mark and the other pastors in Round Rock, for their walk and for their wives, for their families and for their marriages.
1 Corinthians 16:13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.
Let us pray for all of the youth who returned on Sunday from the Kentucky mission trip. Let us pray for their faith to grow deeper and the experience to not fade from their daily walk.
Let us also pray for the kids that attended the day camp here last week, that the intensity that they walked in all week would fuel their hunger for righteousness and obedience, that they would hear God.
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
Let us pray that our church members will walk in the light and have fellowship with one another. Let us pray that God would draw us all closer to His heart.
1 Timothy 2:1-2 "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence."
Let us pray for our city, our nation and our leaders. Let us intercede on their behalf asking God to bless them abundantly with wisdom and discernment.
Let us pray for our Sunday services as we gather for the Lord’s Supper. Let us ask Him to bless our time together and to send His Holy Spirit in power and might to conform our hearts and our minds into the image of Christ.
