Prayer Points - Vol 30

Micah 7:18 Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy.

Let us thank God for His forgiveness and mercy that we might stand before Him in the purity of the sacrifice that was made for us.

Matthew 6:15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Let us take a moment to hear from God of any forgiveness that we need to extend so that we can be forgiven of our sin and short comings.

Proverbs 14:34 Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.

Let us pray for our nation, that righteousness would prevail, that our elected officials and appointed leaders would return to the Way of the Lord and our Christian roots and heritage.

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Let us pray that believers in our nation would follow the narrow path of our true faith and cry out for forgiveness.

Acts 26: 17 I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them 18 to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’

Let us pray for God to use us for His glory, to break us into submission to His will and His way and to rescue us from ourselves.

1 Peter 5: 8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

Let us pray against the schemes of the enemy and pray a hedge of protection around those of our brothers and sisters who are facing persecution for Hid name’s sake right this moment throughout the world.

Galatians 6:10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

Let us ask God to reveal where He would have us be His hands and feet and to give us eyes to see the divine appointments that He has placed in our lives.

3 John 1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.

Let us pray for our children and grandchildren and for their spouses and friends, that God will reveal Truth to them and call them to His cause.

Matthew 4:23 Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.

Let us ask God to manifest His presence through healing those who are suffering and sick. Let us pray for healings to bring glory to Him.

Acts 1:14 They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.

Let us pray for each other, our needs and our hopes.

1 Corinthians 11:33 So then, my brothers and sisters, when you gather to eat, you should all eat together.

Let us pray for this Sunday’s gathering and pray that all attending would feast on God’s holy Word.

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”

Let us pray for our Youth Mission Team as they go to serve in Rockport and the team headed to Spain. Let us cry out for safety, health and effective witness.
