Prayer Points - Vol 31


Isaiah 55:12 You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.

Let us give thanks for joy and peace in our lives. Let us take a moment to appreciate His gifts in our lives.

Psalm 27:4 One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

Let us ask God to reveal His beauty and majesty to us and to draw us near.

God reveals His character and attributes to us that we may glorify who He is. How has He revealed Himself in your life? God you are_______! Let us speak aloud.

James 2:16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?

Let us pray for those with physical needs and ask God to reveal to us what we can do, how we can bless them.

Hebrews 13:4 Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.

Let us pray for marriages, especially those that are struggling even now. Let us intercede on their behalf before the throne of God and let us ask Him to halt any immorality by His mighty hand.

Ephesians 1:7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace

Let us pray for ourselves and all who have fallen short of the glory of God that we can walk in the riches of His grace. Let us ask for redemption in our world.

Colossians 3:13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Let us pray for an understanding of the enormity of the forgiveness give us that we may be quick to forgive. Let us pray for forgiveness to flood into struggling relationships and grace to abound and heal all wounds.

Proverbs 2:8 for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones.

Let us pray for those teachers who are walking with the Lord, that their light would shine bright in the schools where they serve.

Amos 9:11 “In that day “I will restore David’s fallen shelter— I will repair its broken walls and restore its ruins— and will rebuild it as it used to be,

Let us pray for our schools and a return to safety and a return of prayer.

Proverbs 9:9 Instruct the wise and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous and they will add to their learning.

Let us pray for students as school prepares to begin. Let us pray for their diligence and for their commitment.

Psalm 5:11 But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you.

Let us pray for safety on school campuses and at school events.

Exodus 18:20 Teach them his decrees and instructions, and show them the way they are to live and how they are to behave.

Let us pray for our pastor as he prepares his message for this Sunday.

Philippians 3:1 Further, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you.

Let us pray for our church, that we would find fellowship and joy together.

Galatians 6:10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

Let us pray for the global church and those who suffer for His Name’s sake.
